Summary: Room was neglected. Water stains on the entire ceiling. The vanity faucet was for a kitchen sink . The floor in the bathroom was dirty especially behind the door. I would have left but there was a significant amount of snow that fell impacting travel.Absolutely not worth the money I spent.

Summary: Room was out dated. Carpets need to be address. Not much can be expected since it is a very old hotel in a place. It's very reasonable.

Summary: Well below what was expected. I asked if there were any hangars available to hang up our coats in the room. as there were none. The woman who checked me in looked around the check in area and said no no hangars. Sp take it from there.

Summary: Hotel Wayne is a very charming hotel with a very homy feel. It’s got a very comfortable little restaurant and bar downstairs. It’s one of the oldest buildings in the town and has a lot of history to it, including some ghost apparently. It doesn’t have the most modern amenities and conveniences, but it’s clean and well-maintained and in the best possible location close to everything downtown. Despite quirks like having to turn the TV on by pushing a button on the back of the TV, having to control the room temperature by twisting a knob on a baseboard heater, and having to be very careful in adjusting the shower water temperature because the temperature jumps or drops very quickly with just a slight twist of the knob, I would still much prefer to stay here then I would at some bland corporate cookie cutter hotel.
