Summary: It’s been already 3 times we stayed at the hotel and will definitely return again! Outstanding hospitality and excellent service! Amenities are great and the breakfast is delicious. Rooms are extremely clean and have everything needed. Thank you Fra i Pini team!

Summary: It’s been our second year in a row staying at Fra I Pini! Perfectly located - close to city center and in the walking distance to the beach but still quite and secluded. Family owned - everyone is super nice and friendly, and ready to help anytime. Rooms are clean, convenient and have everything you need. Breakfast is tasty and has varsities of food. Free parking. Great pool we used a lot. We’ll return to Fra i Pini again! Thank you the hotel team for the wonderful stay!

Summary: The hotel is located a bit away from the major crowd but still in the walking distance from he city center and the beach. We found that the biggest advantage! The pool is great and we hanged out there a lot. Rooms are air-conditioned and clean but not big. Since we didn't spend much time in there it was not so important. Breakfast is amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it and would come back again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Summary: A fantastic family run hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with nice luxury fixtures. The Breakfast spread is a bonus with eggs cooked to order. If you like to relax by the pool, this is one of the nicest out there. Highly recommend this hotel!

Summary: Family owned Hotel excellent service ,very clean ! Moving around Lignano is mainly by foot or Bicycle. Hotel has complementary bicycles , breKfast is good and eggs are cooked by owner's wife "amazing" ! Front desk is handled by the owner's sons ...and they are superfriendly! I'll deffinetly stay with them again,

Summary: Love this hotel, the staff was awesome!!! The hotel was very close to the beach, nice pool, hotel very clean, and great location!!! This is a 5 star hotel, the best!!!!
