Summary: This was an great stay. Sherral at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable. The staff was present and kept the grounds clean. The location is in a nice area with everything you need within walking distance.

Summary: The Westport hotel provides clean, but spartan accomodations. The room does not have a microwave or coffee pot, there is no free breakfast, and the parking lot is shared with a rowdy bar.

Summary: Service staff were very nice and helpful, food in the restaurant was good but the overall room was pretty poor. Our room had a distinct sewage smell that seemed like they tried to cover it up with air freshener. Tv also didn't work

Summary: We had a 3 day stay. Every one of the staff members, right down to the maintenance man were super friendly. Very convenient location as KC is so spread out. We ubered every where except to breakfast one day, so cannot attest to the parking. Pros: Affordable, friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, nice convenience store, liked it had a fridge and safe in the room. Liked the big shower, albeit a small bathroom. Cons: Right downtown, so as per several uber drivers that brought us back late, was told don't walk around by yourselves at night. The bar next door got a little loud, but we were super tired. You do hear outside traffic and people in the parking lot. Each door is is on a hinge that slams shut and they are loud, but safe. We didn't eat in the restaurant/bar as 4 separate guest said don't bother. It was basically complimentary hotel style breakfast made to look cooked/reheat. Weirdest thing was no alarm clock at all. Most people use their phones, but it would have been nice as a back up.
