Summary: My only complaint is that the room they gave me was on the first floor at the very end. It was close to the exit side door so easy access to my vehicle. The issue was the noise that came being in that room. Every time a person went out/in that door it slammed very loudly, woke me out of my sleep every time. I would have preferred to walk through the front door if it meant my room not being close to an exit door. Some kind of cushion or stopper would be nice to prevent that.

Summary: Everything was good Staff Members Kimberly, and Jessica were great hostess and need were met parking and location of hotel were awesome 2 blocks in walking distance from NGR stadium

Summary: Room was very clean. The TV wouldn't work in the first room so the moved us but it ended up being a smaller room. So the moved again a the size of room we originally had. They were very attentive and willing to make things right. My only complaint is the breakfast. The hot food was cold and the selection was lacking we ended up going to Chickfila every morning.

Summary: The room was clean and convenient to the hospital. The bartender was friendly and generous. However, the TV didn't work properly, and the staff chose not to be helpful. The coffee maker didn't work either.
