Summary: Our stay was amazing they helped us get our car parked as we arrived really early for the game and they didn’t mind. They even held our bags in a safe place while we was at the game so we didn’t have to go out and get them later. Then they had the room ready early. The most I liked about it would be we didn’t realize my special needs son left his tablet and they was nice enough to mail it to us

Summary: Front desk/hotel(high end?) had no place for guests to get sundries or forgotten items (ex. toothpaste etc) Also housekeeping knocked @ 8:30 am Woke me up - checkout wasn’t until 11am. Why?

Summary: It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We have stayed there 4 times. I only gave it four stars because the vibe has been negative every time we checked in. It’s not the friendliest establishment. We plan to find a new spot for our regular trips to Chicago.

Summary: My friend and I had an amazing time at the Hotel Zachary. They were incredibly accommodating and saw to our every need. We had our small dog with us and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved being across from Wrigley Field!
