Positive: I was driving and they saved a parking space for me directly in front of the door. Everything with the hotel was great. Also they are located next to a very good restaurant.

Negative: The weather, it was snowing when I was there. However, that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Positive: If you decide that you really want to stay in the center of Erzurum, this is not a bad option. It’s a small hotel. Although the street outside is not very pleasant, inside the hotel is fine. It’s just a basic place. The rooms are not large, but the beds are comfortable. When we arrived, the entrance of the hotel was under renovation. We hope that these renovations, when finished, will leave a more positive impression on the traveler. The site's 9.0 rating, in my opinion, is excessive. At best, it deserves around 7.5 – 8, but definitely not a 9.

Negative: Even though it is a center of the city, the local neighborhood is not pleasant.
