Positive: The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!
Negative: I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! The only thing you should know if you plan on staying here is that it is a good 25-30 bus ride from Interlaken. But the hotel, amenities, and staff are worth the short trip!

Positive: We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable.
