Positive: We had a lovely balcony onto the lake, which was unfortunately frozen. The view from the room facing the mountains was amazing. The chef and lady waiting on us at dinner were very nice and helpful.
Negative: To get to the hotel was a long uphill narrow winding road. Two cars cannot go by at the same time in most places. The rooms / bathroom are outdated. The bed and pillows were very soft and rather uncomfortable. The lady at Reception -who didn't speak any English, was rather rude and not helpful at all.

Positive: This is my 3rd stay. I started TMR from here. While I was doing TMR they let me leave my car and luggages. All the staff were very kind. Accommodation was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. If I go to Grachen again I'll stay at hotel Zum See for sure!

Positive: This was my second time stay at Hotel Zum See. The room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were very kind. I loved breakfast at the hotel. All the breads were very nice. It's on the TMR route. Many other good walks around. My dog loved here too.

Positive: The location for ski is WOW. the locatin for view is WOW. the staff left us the key to our room on the front desk as we came in very vary late. Fantastic service.
Summary: Good choice if your going to ski in the area and also in Zarmat (25 min by car to the train station)

Positive: The location, the view, from our room / balcony. Breakfast was good. I liked especially the bircher müsli and the choice of nice natural tea / tisane. The little SPA area was great.
Negative: The mattress was a bit too soft in our opinion.

Positive: Everything was great! Staff is super friendly, even though we didnt speak the same languages at all they made all efforts possible to communicate with us. All of them were very friendly and thoughtful. Its a great price for the location and the views are amazing. Zero regrets. Its not the easiest to find but just go until the very top of the mountain and its there :)
