Summary: Although the hotel advertises shuttle service with a surcharge and english speaking, i was told by the front desk that "No shuttle, get taxi". When i arrived, the busy dinner waiters were asked to speak english to me because the front desk staff couldn't. My luggage was lost for a day and a half so that compounded the issue of the lack of english speaking

Summary: We had a nice visit, staying in Delitzsch (a charming place) while visiting Leipzig for a couple of days. The hotel was undergoing renovations so it felt a bit incomplete, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating that it made up for any shortcomings. Breakfast Buffet was excellent and we highly recommend the Restaurant for dinner.
