Positive: I liked the style and decor of this hotel, it is obvious that the owners once did it with love and taste. There is a nice view from the windows, good indoor parking. We were not charged any unexpected additional expenses, the room had clean linen and towels, soap and shower gel. We actively used the mini-fridge and fan. The room is clean, hot water works and there are no insects.
Negative: Some decorative elements are damaged, I would like them to be restored. Mirrors are not clean enough and some lamps were broken, unfortunately we could not watch TV there are some problems with the settings.
Summary: It was a nice price for a vacation in a nice hotel room with two kids. The trip was safe, we were able to leave them saf

Positive: location and ease of access to city. access to spar supermaket within 2 minutes.
Negative: Room is not sound proof. we could hear people talking from the next room. no lift facility. Not recommended if you are travelling with family and has heavy luggage to carry.

Positive: The room was big and they had free parking on premise. It had all the basic amenities and it is 15 min to the airport by Car.
Negative: The staff do not speak German or English. Since the hotel does not have regular guests, the check-in was kind of chaotisch. The staff had to call the owner to confirm my reservation. The breakfast provided was also nothing special but for a one night stay, no complaints.

Positive: The room was very large and comfortable, even for four people. The breakfast was good with freshly prepared omelette on request. A lot of parking places available. The price was high with respect to international standards but cheap with respect to Zurich average.
Negative: The hotel appeared a little bit old fashioned. The room needed some maintenance: the handle of the courtains of one of the windows was broken and the handle of one of the heaters was missing.

Positive: there is plenty of open-parking space, which is very important to us. The comfortable bathroom had a spacious window which airs the space and we particularly liked this. Beds equally comfortable. There is a restaurant downstairs at reasonable prices. We did not eat there but the portions looked big as well. Hotel is really old fashioned but did not bother us. Hotel is near Zurich, which was the reason of our choice, as we had a dinner to attend and returned very late. Surrounding area to walk the dog a great plus! Will certainly come back to this hotel. Everybody was very nice and friendly.
Summary: Very comfortable stay near Zurich. Has car park and accepts dogs. Coming back!
