Summary: Short walk to the local shops. Lots of parking spaces never s struggle to get a space. Tehre was a wheelchair ramp up to the hotel reception. A 10 pin bowling alley shares the car park. It had a secure bicycle lock dedicated building, accessible with your room key card.

Summary: Fine place, we did not try any of the amenities, so I'm not sure it really is a four star hotel. We were asked if we wanted breakfast the next day, and we replied if we could let them know in the morning. That brought a very sour expression on the receptionist's face. Why not smile and say it would be a great help for the kitchen if we could tell them the day before?

Summary: Our reservation was lost by the hotel. They found a room for us but not a deluxe room as we had reserved. Our new room was at a lesser cost but it was a much smaller room than we had booked. Also two twin beds not a king bed as we had booked. An apology would have been appreciated but none was offered. Other than that our stay was comfortable.

Summary: Great room, except the heating which did not worked properly. Very nice bathroom with huge shower. Shower head need to be claned (calcium). Good restaurant with helpfull people.

Summary: Our weekend was amazing thanks to this hotel and its service. The restaurant is definitely a huge plus point for the hotel with its closed and open terrasse and calming and beautiful interior design. The food was AMAZING and the staff were very friendly and profissional. There is an open buffet for every meal plus Live Cooking! Where the chef prepares different dishes right in front of your eyes! The hotel has also a seperate billiard and bowling hall with a bar so you really don't need to leave the hotel because you have everything you need. The check-in was very easy, we arrived after the opening hours and one of the restaurant workers gave us the keycard to our room. The room was spacious and bright and the bed was very comfy. Big clean bathroom with shower and room service cleaned the bathroom every day. The area is very nice and calm to have a nice walk around and it's only +-15 minutes drive to Giethoorn. I can only recommend this hotel and we are definitely coming back! Thank you Hotel ZwarteWater! :-)

Summary: Amazing River View by the restaurant. Room is clean, and people here is very kindly. It's just about half hour from Steenwjk station to here by the bus via Geithorn. However, the last bus leave Steenwjk is about 1830 everyday.
