Positive: I liked nearly everything including very friendly service, easy acces to nessesary information in English, key and acces system, good breakfast buffet and nice location. The location is only 5 minutes from the city center (by car) and yet just next to a lake and lots of trees. I also like that the place is quiet and has elevator.

Negative: I did not like the extremely small toilet room. And the little desk in my room was also small enough for me to get annoyed by that.

Summary: Very competetive price and lovely location. Very small toilet room.
