Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a peaceful paradise. Enter the spacious screened-in porch; rest on a rocking chair; sit at the dining table – please enjoy the birdsong.
Now, enter through the main door, one can’t help but look up and marvel at the gorgeous post-and-beam construction – it takes you back to a by-gone era of quality craftsmanship. Guests are wrapped in the warm wood finishes. Plenty of space for family and friends to gather and spread out at Hound’s Nest. Two living rooms book-end the eat-in kitchen. Tucked away behind the stairway is the main floor bedroom. Climb the stairs to the second bedroom and sleeping loft that overlooks the kitchen and living room.
Hound’s Nest wraps you in the peaceful blanket of the New Hampshire woodlands, and yet nearby fun abounds!
Come to Hound’s Nest and enjoy all the fun Stinson Lake & Stinson Mountain offer. Stinson Lake, a deep-water, glacier lake, is one of the few NH lakes without parasitic plants; its waters boast 25-foot visibility.
