Positive: Great location in the heart of the town.... Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and great shower. Lovely little patio outside room. Lovely breakfast the next morning in the attached wine bar area. Walking distance to everything.

Negative: The only negative is that the patio area is partially open to the adjacent room and a yard next door. Could be a little noisy but that is to be expected as it is in the heart of the town.

Positive: This boutique hotel is perfect. The manager is just lovely, and the room was pristinely clean. The decor is a perfect blend of nature and minimalism, creating a calming ambiance. Everything is done with focus on quality- from the cups/saucers in the guest rooms to the fresh squeezed orange juice at the amazing breakfast bar. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the linens top notch. The modern shower was fantastic. The location is ideal- right in the center of beautiful Kenmare, which we found to be friendly and lively.

Negative: No complaints at all!

Positive: House 15 was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and ideally located within walking distance of the centre of Kenmare. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming, making for a very relaxing stay.

Negative: During our stay, the room was very warm as there was no air conditioning, and the only window looked out onto the courtyard, which did not allow much of a breeze into the room. This made the room feel very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping at night.

Summary: A relaxing and enjoyable stay in a beautiful property with excellent hospitality in the heart of Kenmare.

Positive: The room was standard but confortable. The badroom was modern but there was not enough light. The breakfast was very good.

Negative: There is only street parking so if you are very lucky you find a place not to far away. The rooms at the front are on the street so I think noisy, the rooms at the back which we had were worse. First of all the view was terrible, seeing all the rubbish bins. Also there was a bar-restaurant so the cooking smells came into the room ( very bad isolation) and laughing and screaming went on until late at night. Then, in the morning, at 7, there was a gym class starting with very loud music and the teacher screaming. So we spend a terrible night. Which means the room is very overpriced for what you get.

Positive: We loved this stay with you. Great friendly staff at all times. Rooms are really nice place to relax and the shower is good and big. Will return with friends. Breakfast was light and fresh 😋. Overall really nice feel to the place, back round music was just the right. Good selection of 🍷 wine too.
