Summary: This place is so warm and inviting. We were able to spend a relaxing vacation with our dogs. So many sights and smells - the beautiful sunset. Our host was also very gracious and kind. I hope to make it back!

Summary: We were very happy with the property and had a very relaxing stay. Everything was very clean. It was nice that everything else was also included. We did some fishing, visited some wineries and just took it easy. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Summary: We had a perfect friends weekend. The beautiful view of the lake from the porch as we started and ended our days was amazing. The fire pit and supply of wood the owners provided made cool evenings so nice. The location is close to Lily Dale and perfect for walks. Lisa was quick to answer questions and made the whole long weekend wonderful. Thank you

Summary: The property is a great location and was perfect for our trip to lilydale. The only small thing guests should know is the steps going upstairs are very narrow and on a bend. They were harder for my grandmother but it was fine! Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Summary: My husband and I with our two dogs had the most lovely get away to the lake house. Thank you so much, Lisa for opening your home to us! It was so nice to get away from the humidity of DC and enjoy WNY. Perfect lake front property, excellent neighborhood to walk the dogs and only 10 minutes from Fredonia. We will absolutely be back!
