The house has two large verandas perfect for outdoor meals, a barbecue, large garden and private swimming pool and is an ideal solution for groups of friends or families with children who love relaxing outdoors.

The house is immersed in nature and is encircled by a large enclosed garden, all lawn, where you will find the rectangular swimming pool, 11 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.45 metres, surrounded by a paved area with sunbeds and beach umbrellas. Beside the pool, you will find a shaded area with table and barbecue for outdoor meals. The house boasts a large panoramic portico, furnished with a table and chairs, accessible from the living room. Next to the barn, with outdoor access, is a washing room with washing machine. Parking in the property.
Interior
The structure has been carefully restored whilst maintaining traditional aspects, like wood beams on the ceilings and typical Tuscan cotto flooring. The furniture is in a rustic style. The house is on two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with antique stone sink and a living area with a sofa, a splendid ornamental fireplace, a satellite TV with DVD player. Also on the ground floor, a twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The staircase which leads to the upper floor has no banister, meaning that children have to be supervised and the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
