Nice house on one level 120 m2, inside a property, nicely decorated, very comfortable, with two bedrooms: master bedroom with bed 160, other children with 2 separate beds 90, very large living room of about 50 m2 creating several spaces - dining area - relaxation area with large sofa - games table - other relaxation area with a sofa bed with good quality sleeping two people in 140, large fully equipped American kitchen: American fridge, dishwasher, microwave wave, bathroom two basins and large shower, large terrace with garden furniture, fixed stone barbecue. The 10x5 pool with comfortable sunbeds is located about 50m from the house and is shared (it is not right in front).

Summary: Very nice and relaxing place. The descripition is correct. The place is on the border with the wood, and have a good "privacy". The house is clean and the furniture and equipment are really OK. The place is not to far from St .Paul or Fayence. It is not far from Esterel, Cote Azure, Verdon. It is surrounded by wooden hills, or hills cultivated on olive trees or vineyards. It is a corner of Paradise.
