Biancolilla house is a country residence, located on a quiet hill district of Flowers where the predominant magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding agricultural landscape.
The house, surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, is about 75 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Externally it is composed of an entrance porch to the north to the south and a panoramic porch where you can relax while enjoying a beautiful sunset over the sea.
Internally it is on one level and consists of a living room and adjoining kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Situated 1 km from the beach and about 2.5 km from the city center, is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, barbecue and basic necessities.
The house is decorated with rustic materials side by side with modern style objects.
Guests have access to an agricultural garden of about 3. 000 square meters, planted mostly with olive trees and plants of different species, with private parking.
Crossing the country of Menfi is usual to come across carpets of vineyards and olive trees that look and feel like living sculptures, the territorial context, in fact, is strongly characterized by agricultural culture, specializing in the wine sector, with the presence of important companies as the winery Settesoli-Mandrarossa and Planeta winery, and in the oil sector.
Particularly attractive is the coastal strip that extends for about 8 km with beaches and totally different scenarios, from the white pebbles of the "white Giache", the rocks on the sea of "Insoles of Porto Palo", through kilometers of fine sand and sea clear, blue flag since 1992.
Characteristic is also the bike path, winding along the route of the old railway line, crosses our territory, from side to side, to support the sea.
Thanks to its geographical position, from Memphis can easily reach various locations including Selinunte and Segesta known to the Greek temples, famous for its harbor Sciacca, Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, Palermo and its Arab architecture Norman, Le Saline Trapani, Erice, Gibellina etc ..
The owners, who live at 2.50 km, are available for any need, every day.

Summary: October in Sicily. Sunshine and bright blue skies all day. Beaches quiet as we are now out of season but the benefit is that it’s easy to get a table at any of the local restaurants. If you are fond of fish they won’t disappoint. Villa is well equipped, however, should you choose to self cater and a pre dinner drink on the terrace watching the sun set over the sea beyond the olive grove does down nicely. Irene and Filippo are wonderful hosts; always available if you need them and won’t bother you if you don’t. A lovely villa in a wonderful position.

Summary: This is a great fantastic property and should be rated 5 Stars but for one thing. The Wi-Fi Internet did not work the entire week we were there. The property is relatively new and well equipped, has everything you need.

Summary: We loved this place! It was in a beautiful country setting but had good access to many major towns and sites. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for our stay. The owner , Irene was very pleasant and very helpful. She provided any additional information we needed and was available at anytime when needed. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. You won't be disappointed. Summary: Being my second visit to Menfi I was looking forward to a quiet, relaxing time. Our hosts met us promptly at the gateway to Menfi for the few mile drive to House Biancolilla. Situated in a lovely grove of olive trees, down a quaint road this newly constructed home is bright and sunny and very inviting. Irene and Filippo welcomed us and showed us around the house and property. With a large balcony on the rear of the home, we had a view of the countryside and the sea. The house came with everything we would need including a bottle of wine and olive oil made from their grapes and olives. The kitchen was outfitted with pots, pans and a couple of moka pots for morning coffee. The house also comes with several bicycles for touring the countryside on Menfi's off-road bike path that is easy to connect to from the house. Additionally, the house is located conveniently between the Lido Fiori beach and the city center of Menfi. Our hosts kindly offered suggestions for restaurants and street markets. They even took the time to direct us to a beautiful beach with incomparable views between Lido Fiori and Porto Paulo. My family and I were very impressed with the rental that was made even better by the hospitality of Irene and Filippo. We will surely entertain returning to House Biancolilla on our next trip to Sicily!
