Summary: The house was exactly what we were looking for and was as described in the advertisement. It fulfilled all our expectations: clean, spacious, functional, calm, save, …. Summary: We spent a month in June 2023 at Villa Paprika. The property is excellent - very comfortable, clean and to a high standard, it also has a large secure garden which was great for our 2 dogs. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay a home from home. Our host Sylvie was very welcoming which certainly added to our holiday experience. We were very sad to leave and would certainly recommend this property which is in a very beautiful part of France.

Summary: We stayed at Sylvie’s place for about three months this summer. Sylvie is an amazing host. Leading up to our stay, Sylvie was incredibly kind, responsive, informative and accommodating with our needs. When we arrived she was very welcoming and continued to be very helpful with everything during our stay. The house is just as in the pictures, newly renovated and immaculately clean. It has all the necessary conveniences, including A/C for the summer months, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs are spacious, with lots of storage and a modern large shower room. The best thing for our cat was to have access to the large garden which has so many areas to explore. The house also has a patio area to enjoy outside dining including a grill for cooking. The location of the house is safe and wonderfully secluded yet only 1 km from the nearest supermarket and 35 minute from Nice airport. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it very highly thanks in part to the wonderful host Sylvie.
