Summary: We were met at the gite by a non-speaking English lady, who although very polite couldn’t reallly give us much information. The welcome book was entirely in French we tried to translate as much as we could but hopeless. So we never did find out about the restaurants and supermarkets until practically the last day. Nobody came to service the pool until we complained the filter was blocked and the water was going green! He then took that visit as an opportunity to drill for over an hour on an outbuilding!! The general state of the outside of the property was very poor, dangerous broken patio stones, garden unkempt and overgrown. Probably the worst self catering property we have ever stayed in
