Summary: The house was great, the location was perfect for what we needed. The sauna was a special treat we enjoyed! Everything was really great, except that there was only one toilet (as advertised, so not faulting them there) and the wastewater pipe runs through the ceiling and just over the bed in one of the basement bedrooms (so there was a lot of noise when someone flushed the toilet. Only real issue we had, though, was that the internet wasn't paid for through the duration of our stay and so for the last four days, there was no television or internet, which was a big pain for our toddler who loves his shows and my wife who couldn't do her work remotely as she expected to, losing 4 days of income and returning home to a mountain of work. We informed the property manager and though we were assured it would be handled, it wasn't. If the bills had been paid and the internet had remained on, it would easily have been a 5-star stay. If internet were guaranteed in the future, I would readily stay here again.

Summary: We love this location for the convenience to Michigan Tech. The sauna is an added bonus that we enjoy. It would be perfect for snowmobilers.

Summary: We had our teens with for a xc ski race. House was a bit sparse but had everything we needed. We didn’t do any cooking - just heated up some food so we can’t speak to the kitchen much. The sauna was great after a cold ski race.

Summary: The place was great, clean and comfy beds, clean linens, awesome parking lots we had to trucks with 2 snowmobile trailers and we all fit comfortable would highly recommend this place

Summary: The house was adequate for our needs. Clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Beds were comfortable, with bedding provided, along with bath and kitchen towels too. Seating for 3 in the kitchen and 2 couches in the living room. If you're expecting a fully stocked house with many amenities, this is not the house. If you want a place bigger than a hotel room, this was perfect.

Summary: The house worked for what it was, more seating would have been nice. A 3 seat couch and 3 bar stools is all the property has to offer seating wise. No seating outside even tho it had a perfect deck! The kitchen had limited items to use. No mixing bowls, limited utensils, no can opener. We only found out the dishwasher was out of service when we went to load it and found a note that said it wasn't working. We couldn't find a sponge to hand wash dishes so we had to go buy one. Some more supplies would be helpful for families staying here. Another couch would be very helpful for a larger group, like ours.

Summary: First impression was that house had been cleaned and smelled fresh. Beds for 10 people but only seats for three to eat or sit in living room. Need to raise light in dining area. Bumped my head on it. Concerned that there were no smoke or CO monitors., no egress windows in basement bedrooms. Need to have a timer on sauna stove to automatically turn it off. Biggest negative was the dirty refrigerator. Non working dishwasher
