Summary: Great place worked very well for my wife and I. House was exactly as advertised. Clean and good location. Close to everything and we had some great cross country skiing. We will stay again.

Summary: We booked the trip for a winter excursion. While certain aspects of the trips were out of control of the property, others were not. The driveway was a coated in 3 inches of ice and not salted, garage door was iced shut. Hall bathroom was not clean- evidence of toilet and shower use left from others. House besides this, meet all our needs. We brought two Trucks/suvs with trailers w sleds. The driveway was unsafe to use due to ice, and barely long enough to fit them. Warning, the pitch is steep, your trailer may have issues. The trail head right by the subdivision is private and ticketable. I was told this after the police came to the house due to multiple neighbors complaining about the trailers- which were in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed at all during the winter- the house book stated over night, the police told me this is an all winter ordinance,Neighbors complained about the trailers and sleds. which we did not even pull out our sleds here, which is what lead to us having to speak to the police on more than one occasion- we were doing everything within the law and were told this is a regular issue with renters.

Summary: The house is right off of the snowmobile trail. It is just a short ride to downtown for a bite to eat. The driveway is big enough for a truck and trailer.

Summary: Our family enjoyed the spacious home. Very quiet and comfortable sitting. My daughter was able to relax after graduation and moving out of her apartment. Would definitely come back and stay.

Summary: We enjoyed this home as our home base for a day trip to Copper Harbor and a Tech football game. Very clean and open. Has everything you need. The host was quick to respond when we were having internet issues. Overall, a great experience! Would stay again!

Summary: Home is very new, clean, had very comfortable beds, bedding, towels, etc and furnishings are very nice. Would recommend small bars of facial soap and tissues available. Good instructions for entry and exit of the home. Would recommend providing renters with a detailed map of the simplest routes to the home from highway US 41. We found that driving with Google was somewhat confusing. Perhaps we're just easily confused... lol

Summary: House was absolutely perfect for a family trip up to see our kid who goes to Michigan Tech. Cheaper than 2 hotel rooms & so much nicer! House was very clean, quiet and spacious. Will definitely stay there again next time!
