Come enjoy our lovely home. We are 5 miles from Mt.Snow and 20 minutes from Stratton mountain. All roads are paved blacktop easy drive to mt snow mountain. We are three miles from the quaint town of Wilmingtonj. Our home is a one bedroom one bathroom with the additional pull out couch that comfortably sleeps four. There is a cozy wood stove also a hot tub to relax in. There are plenty of fine restaurants close for your enjoyment. We are close to everything Come enjoy Vermont.

Summary: We don't need much and that was mostly fine. It's private enough and who cares how cobbled together it is? We sure don't. The hot tub, though. That was the main draw, it was a must. We couldn't even use it past maybe 5:00 Saturday. The amount of bleach in there made us both extremely itchy and my husband ended up with a red bumpy rash. It took four showers to wash off the smell of bleach. Plus, it was about ten degrees cooler than it should be. Hot tubs should be about 100° and yours was steady at 90°. I had goosebumps in there! So. We made the most of it and had fun, but the hot tub situation was a real drag.

Summary: Nice little cabin near Mount Snow. Great for a weekend. We really appreciated the private jacuzzi. It could have been warmer (weather was cold and it was hard to get the cabin warm, even with the help of the hood stove). There was everything to cook a good dinner (stove, pans, big fridge) but there were only 2 chairs and a small table inside (so a bit tight for a family of 4).

Summary: This was our second year staying at Karen’s cabin and we loved it. Karen’s cabin is clean, cozy, and conveniently located near Mt Snow. The cabin is also very close to many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The hot tub is clean and enclosed outside for extra privacy (and warmth) Karen is a wonderful host. She is quick to answer her phone and knows a great deal about the area. We hope to make it back next year!

Summary: Perfectly located. Was looking for solitude with a touch of local outdoor adventures. Conveniently located near great ski resorts. The cabin itself was wonderful. Definitely happy with the stay and would love to stay again.

Summary: The rental did meet our expectations. The photos were deceiving. There was exposed electric in the bathroom at the sink, there was no bathroom door (just a curtain), exposed nails in the bedroom doorway, all the plumbing was exposed outside of the painted plywood shower wall. There was no firewood for the wood-stove as advertised, and the stove pipe is hooked up backwards. It was also very dusty and there were cobwebs in the corners and on lamps.
