Summary: The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Our requests we handled quickly. There are several nice places to eat nearby. We loved our experience here and would definitely recommend it.

Summary: We stayed at this home for two weeks and were so impressed with the attention to detail the host provided. To be clear, this house had E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. The kitchen was well-stocked with every imaginable appliance you could ever want, dishes, utensils, spices, coffee supplies, etc., and still had lots of space to store food items we brought with us. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and modern. Furniture is comfortable. The pool is heated and large. The neighborhood is safe. The host was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly when we communicated with her. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a fantastic time in Hernando Beach! The house was perfect, and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The house was very well stocked and the food in the area is delicious! Brian’s Place is the best, but the Lazy Lizard and Lei Los had great food too. If you come to this area, make sure to head up to Homosassa springs Wildlife preserve and check out Monkey Island. If you enjoy wild, natural Florida, this place is for you!

Summary: Very nice property. Kichen had everything you might need and then some. Pool and pool area was very nice. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Overall very nice, clean comformable vacation home. Neighborhood is very safe. Only drawback was the limited public access to the beautiful canals.

Summary: We had a great stay and the Hernando Beach House. Traci was a wonderful host and was very responsive to any needs that came up (which were few). The puppers loved being able to go in and out of the doggie door on the lanai, and I loved the huge sliding glass doors leading out to the pool area. I work remotely and sat at the dining room table and had a nice bright sunny place to do my work.. The bed was soft and super comfortable for me, but my hubby likes a more firm bed. It just depends of preferences. Kitchen was well stocked, and the snacks were a nice touch. The house is comfortable and homey and has plenty of space for several people. The neighborhood is nice. Don't let the approach to the neighborhood fool you. There's lots of commercial fishing in the area and the road is lined with work yards (for lack of a better term). Once you get past the marina, it's all private homes, and we met quite a few nice people while walking. Take a walk down to the end any of the roads at sunset....gorgeous! Fun restaurants in the area. Our favorite was Brian's place. We went there several times! The food is delicious!

Summary: My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property with our two dogs. The dogs enjoyed the sandy fenced in yard and doggy door for easy access! The property has a beautiful pool area, unfortunately the water was much much too cold to swim in, due to being there in late December! It was still fun to hang out in the pool area in the mornings with coffee or in the evening with the hanging lights. The property is very spacious inside and has a very cool layout! It was clean, well stocked with any cooking/baking tools you would need. The master bed has an incredibly soft/squishy mattress/mattress pad, so if you enjoy extremely soft beds, this one will be for you! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location for day trips to Clearwater. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to take walks in! A few local bars are within walking distance as well!

Summary: The house and pool were great. Very comfortable and everything you could need was provided. Traci and Ron were super responsive to any questions or concerns. We arrived only a couple of days after Hurricane Ian and were there for Hurricane Nicole. They took care of all the prep and clean up from the storm. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Super happy with our experience! Very impressed from start to finish! I cannot rave enough about our experience... communication from the owner was amazing, the ease of "checking in" and the amenities this home offered were off the charts! My kids LOVED the bunk beds and the variety of pool floats, Puppers loved the fenced back yard, and hubs loved the grill! I loved the soft blankets, beach towels for pool, comfy couches and STOCKED kitchen! It was the perfect location for a long weekend filled with fishing, Weeki Watchee Springs and relaxing! Highly recommend!

Summary: This place is perfect!!! Perfectly decorated to location to anything you could possibly want, need or forgot to bring. Check in was simple & easy! Quick communication & responses from property manager & host/owner. The private pool was so refreshing, the bed super comfy as well as the furniture! The kitchen had everything that you would expect & way more, lol!! Nice, quiet neighborhood! We love this place & are anxiously planning another visit soon!!
