This full corner house near the centre of the old town has been fully redecorated in keeping with 'Spanish old town' style (patterned floor tiles, wooden beams etc) but with 'all mod cons' and now offers: - a roof terrace with sea views - a top floor consisting of a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a large living room with adjoining kitchen ideally situated to take food and drink directly to the roof terrace - a first floor consisting of a double bedroom and a spacious separate bathroom - and a cellar area with washing machine etc.
The property sleeps 4 comfortably. Tables and chairs, bedclothes, crockery etc. is provided.
As a corner house there are balconies with views up to the church square (plenty of fiestas and weddings) and also views down to the sea.

Summary: Chris was so accommodating and helpful! The house is beautiful. Very classic old town house. Loved the decoration and lovely big kitchen/family area. Restaurants and little shops just round the corner.

Summary: Chris is a wonderful house host. He came and picked us up at the AirPort. Drive us to the house in Villajoyosa . We enjoyed ourselves in a cozy house with all facilities. It was wonderful to stay there and would love to comeback . Sissel

Summary: A beautiful property in the centre of Villajoyosa old town close to all the amenities. Property has plenty of space, a great roof terrace and all the required facilities. Chris was very helpful in communications before our arrival and picked us up from the airport. Would definitely recommend the property, the photographs don’t really do it justice

Summary: House was even better than we expected for pictures. House is very well equipted and charming. There was everything we needed for ejoying lovely atmosphere of Villajoyosa's old town and Mediterranean see. Temperature was pretty high, specially on main floor at this time of year. Other than that the place was next to perfect for us.

Summary: Perfect location for a relaxing holiday, amazing coastline with a pleasant walk from the house to the beautiful beach. The sea is an amazing experience even at the end of September. There are nice resturants nearby, the local population is lively. Chris is a helpful host starting with ensuring you arrive easily at the house to make for the start of a straight forward holiday! Basic household items are available for use on arrival and we replaced anything we finished, plus the washing machine is great for a lighter suitcase! The house really looks like the pictures and we would definitely recommend as a little special and good value for a relaxing holiday!

Summary: We were "two ladies who lunch" on holiday who basically wanted to lie in the sun, relax, eat good food and drink wine! This house is in a great location in a quiet part of The Old Town but within a few minutes of the beaches and bars. Good to find a property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lovely roof terrace ideal for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks in the sunshine - with superb views of the sea. Absolutely loved Villajoyosa - Beautiful well kept beach, the people are friendly, the food in the restaurants is very good - recommend "Menu Del Dia" at Restaurante Sant Pere - although this will probably be followed by a siesta!! If you go to Mercadona the supermarket try the gorgeous coffee and cakes in the coffee shop across the road - they have a great selection and the service is very good. Excellent communication and customer service skills from Chris the owner who was always on hand if there was a problem Yes I would certainly recommend this property to my friends. Hasta Luego Villajoyosa it was a pleasure staying in your beautiful sunny climate :-)

Summary: Had a great stay,house in a perfect location,facilities good,very clean,the owner was very good,could not fault the whole service,and would recommend the property.Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area,and good links by bus or trains,on the whole very good.

Summary: The house is in a great location and Villajoyosa is a really nice place to spend time. The old town is lovely and adjacent to the beautiful beach, so just a couple of minutes walk from the house. The house itself really lacks nothing and the second floor especially is positively stunning. Really spacious, with beautiful floor tiles throughout and a marble wet room; all topped off with a roof terrace with not one, but two, sea views. The ground and first floors (second bedroom and bathroom) are very neat and tidy although not yet renovated to the standard of the second floor and roof terrace. Although I didn't meet Chris in person he has been very attentive and his neighbours very kind and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to pay another visit!

Summary: We stayed in the house with some friends for a week in July. The house is lovely, exactly as described. All the facilities you need with a lovely roof terrace. Two minutes walk through the old town to a great beach with some very good beachfront restaurants and bars. Many thanks to Chris the owner for waiting all day for us to arrive after an 8 hour flight delay and greeting us with a bottle of wine!
