Negative: Would be nice to have bathroom upstairs but did not spoil anything of our trip. As frequent visitors to Tallinn we have already enquired to book again for 2 trips next year.

Positive: Very nice house, beautiful and well made terrace, the house is in the same territory with the owners, but it did not cause any inconvenience. There are questions to the neighbours who did not like the music that played at 6 p.m., that the neighbour himself entered the territory, but there are no complaints about the owners and the accommodation option. (I think they will solve this issue) They also offer very beautiful ceramic products for an additional fee.
Negative: Solve the problem with neighbours who willfully enter your territory and express dissatisfaction with the music that plays at 6 p.m. According to Estonian legislation, there should be no questions until 10 p.m., besides, it was a public holiday and music played within reasonable limits, in general, this fact calls into question the safety and security of guests, but I will not lower the score, because in general we liked everything and I hope you will solve this problem

Positive: Nice comfortable house with a small but good sauna. Contactless check in. There are two houses in the property and I suppose the first one is a host house, but we didn't see or hear from them at all during our stay, so no disturbance. It's a quiet environment, comfortable sleep, and clean linens. It was clean and tidy. There is a big shopping center not far from the property. If I go to Tallinn again, I would consider this property.
Negative: There were maybe not bad things, but rather some things to improve and make staying much more pleasant. In properties providing cooking possibilities there are usually pepper, vegetable oil and coffee, there were none, although we found salt, sugar and tea. Better buy these staff before going there. Also a big disadvantage - no dish washer. Not even a dish rack, so you wash dishes and can't dry them. Some dishes were wet when we wanted to use them after arrival so we had to rewash everything, who knows for how long they were left wet in the cupboard. TV volume changes all the time, you watch something silently and suddenly volume goes way up.

Positive: Very cute house, close to center of Tallinn, but still very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for mixture of city break trip and relaxing trip. We loved the sauna!
