The house is situated in the quiet and friendly village of Puibolea, which has a permanent population of about 30 inhabitants. It is an authentic village situated at a height of 700m commanding magnificent views in all directions: mountains to the north, hills to the east and west, and rolling plains to the south. There is no traffic as the village is at the end of the road. The house is a restored three-floor building with a cozy cottage atmosphere- its structure is based around a large central stone column with solid wooden beams. On the ground floor, there is the main room comprising a sitting area with a sofa and armchair, a wood burner, and a dining area with large oak table. Next to this is the fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms- one with a large double bed and terrace and two with twin beds. The main bathroom comprises a shower, bidet, washbasin and WC, and there is another toilet with WC and washbasin.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Kevins house. The house felt like a home away from home with stuff in the kitchen and cats in the garden. Kevin is a friendly host who is easy to be in touch with and ask what you want to know.

Summary: Kevin was so helpful and informative about the area, we photographed some beautiful birds it is a bird watchers paradise . The village is a lovely old place and really interesting to see, we managed to look inside the old church at the top of where Kevin lives, so feel really lucky to have visited puibolea.

Summary: A stunning setting for a stay in the mountains. The house and the village had bags of character that we were looking for, a perfect end to the day, was sitting g outside by the peach trees with a cool beer watching the sun go down over the stunning view. Really peaceful. Kevin was easily contactable to help with any issues we had, the only suggested improvement would be a guests Instruction guide to cover simple tasks like use of the oven, rubbish etc, small beer really. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The house of Kevin is realy great! Quit and very spacious, well equiped, and Kevin is a very gentle host. We enjoyed our stay very much. The arrounding landscape is breathtaking beautifull!

Summary: A great holiday with 4 teenagers...not always easy! A beautiful area, spectacular scenery, rich in history, loads of things to do. We visited the castle in Loarre, the church in Bolea, walked in Los Malos de Riglos, went rafting and spent afternoons by the rivers in the Sierra de Guara. The house is typical of the area in a tiny village at the top of a hill. Kevin gave us a very warm welcome, and kindly let us stay on an extra day at the end, no extra charge as the house wasn't rented after us. A very memorable holiday. We hope to return.

Summary: A group of 5 of us travelled from Barcelona to here for a long Easter weekend and I can safely say we were all blown away by the property and its surroundings. In short, we're already planning a trip back and can't say enough good things about our stay. Firstly, Kevin was incredibly welcoming after we had serious delays due to car rental issues. Also, his knowledge of the area which he so generously shared with us meant we immediately had our bearings and were ready to explore from day one. Secondly there is a real abundance of things to do and see near the house, of which we only really scratched the surface. An endless number of walks, places to swim, beautiful tiny towns with local produce, and not to mention the fact that all 5 of us became birdwatching addicts having never really tried it before (except one) - we saw at least one bird of prey every day. And finally the house itself - comfortable beds, two toilets / one bath/shower. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine and teapots included!!) and last but not least the top floor which has amazing views of the plains out towards the Pyrenees and is a lovely place to relax. Watching the sunrise from here was quite a unique experience. We also made full use of the wood burner and the patio served us well at meal times. All in all a fantastic stay and we can't wait to come back.

Summary: It was great. Our needs are few. We catered almost exclusively for ourselves. There are restaurants nearby but we didn't use them. There's a supermarket 20 minutes away in Huesca & it's hard to miss it if you come along the motorway from Zaragoza. The bird life here is amazing, and the plants and butterflies are just as good. The owner is very friendly; he is a mine of local knowledge, and the house is full of books and useful leaflets. We loved it.

Summary: We spent a peaceful few days in this charming house. The views were wonderful and we were able to see lots of birds of prey, one even sat just outside the front door! A lovely swimming pool was only a 10 minute drive away and we visited castles and churches. We will definitely be back to explore more of this lovely area.
