Residence Ca' laRipa is part of an old complex dating 1791. The house, overlooking the Iseo lake, has been realized following a renovation of the main "casa", with the goal of providing modern accommodation standards whilst preserving the original style and furniture of the house.
The house is an elegant and functional mix of modern and antique forniture, and it consists of:
- Large private terrace with solarium and gazebo, overlooking the lake;
- Spacious living room with TV;
- Semi-professional large kitchen that can easily accommodate more than 10 people;
- Bedroom with one king-size bed, with balcony overlooking the lake;
- Bedroom with 2 single beds, with balcony overlooking the lake;

Summary: Tina and Maurizio received us in a very friendly way. Lots of tips for a visit in de surroundings. The appartment (house) is very spacious and very well equiped. It has a lovely view on the lake Iseo. The terrace was one of our favourite places. From there we could enjoy the lake view while we were eating or reading a book. As the lake is at 4 km with a steep road. You have to have a car or be a good biker uphill :-). At night, sleeping with open windows, barking neighbour dogs were a minus point. (They don't seem to need a lot of sleep at night.) In the morning Churchbells provided us with a feastly awakening. The sitting room lakked a bid of the cosiness of the rest of the house and the TV was (very) small to watch the football championship matches. Only Italian channels were available. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this appartment!

Summary: We had a very good time in Apartment La Terrazza. The scenery is beautiful. The house is well equipped and very complete. Especially the terrace is very lovely and convenient to relax. Also our children loved it. To enjoy the surroundings you need to have a car.
