my name is holiday home "Munky"!
I have just been built and am available for 6 people (+ 1 baby) on Rügen on the Baltic Sea coast. My builders went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. See for yourself!
Vacation home Munky - What do I have to offer?
On approx. 98 m² I have a spacious living / dining area, a high quality kitchen with everything your heart desires, a sauna bath on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron - of course I also have a clothes horse - and a small workspace under the stairs.
Everything is designed for at least 6 people. From raclette equipment to a fondue set, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, red wine, white wine, champagne and beer glasses, nothing should be missing. The dishwasher then does the dishes. My builders have already strolled through galleries and picture shops and bought really nice things. Let's see if you like it too.
Of course I have good technology: underfloor heating throughout the house, WiFi, digital cable TV, DVD player radio and CD and hopefully enough sockets to charge the cell phone. I also think it's great that I also have a stove and a sauna for the not so warm season. Just the right thing after an autumn or winter walk on the beach. I think the stairs to the upper floor are really chic and it is also practical that there is a stair gate.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. In bedroom 1 there is a double bed with 180x200 cm, a second TV set - just no argument about the sports show on vacation! - and a walk-in closet. You can see it well in the floor plan. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with 160x200 cm and bedroom 3 has two single beds with 90x200 cm. Of course, I also have a travel cot for young children and a high chair. By the way, children should feel particularly comfortable with me. That's why I have a selection of toys and books - yes, these are paper things - for you as well as a handcart and beach toys. Oh yes, upstairs is the large bathroom with a bath, toilet and double vanity.
My terrace has been moved around so that the orientation to the south and southwest is optimal. Garden chairs and table, parasol and grill are already waiting for your use. And first the beautiful extra wide beach chair - tres chic. The garden and the whole property are available to my guests. The handcart and two so-called. Bakers' bicycles so you don't have to walk to get bread in the morning. By the way, 2 cars can also park on the property.
A good starting point for your activities
Of course, what I find very nice is my location. I am only about 350 m from the beach at the Kurpark in a small residential street in Breege / Juliusruh. The Wittow peninsula is the northernmost part of the island of Rügen and is bordered by the Baltic Sea, the Wieker Bodden and the Großer Jasmunder Bodden. From here you can take the ship to Hiddensee and the Störtebeker Festival. Cape Arkona can be reached by bike on nature trails. The unique, over 8 km long sandy beach of the Schaabe invites you to swim, play and relax. When my builders drive along the Schaabe with their pine forests, they always think of their student days and the trip with the duck on the French Atlantic coast. But I digress.
Of course, you don't always have to cook yourself. In the immediate vicinity there are really good restaurants and bars (steakhouse, pizzeria, tappas bar etc.) that you can reach on foot. The fish shop in Breege harbor should also be visited!
Important Information:
I was in a hurry to get ready. Not everyone succeeded on the residential street. In other words, there will still be construction activities in the 2017 season. That is why my builders have entered special prices for this season.
