Summary: This house is perfect for a couple or small family and Alex is a friendly and communicative host. The Area is beautiful with many amazing beaches and great places to eat. Less mobile guests may have difficulty with the spiral staircase leading up to the bedrooms but it was fine for us. We would definitely like to return one day.

Summary: The house is located 15 min by foot from the village center and 10 min from the bay (by foot). The footpath to the bay is somewhat steep but easily manageable. The landlords are one of the nicest folks we ever met. The house is perfectly equipped and the surrounding was absolutely calm during our two weeks stay (September 2023). Alexandra and her husband speak English very well. The only thing to note is that the upper floor with the bedrooms is connected by a spiral staircase which may be not suitable for guests with walking disabilities. The garden is wonderful and the guest area there separated by hedges from the rest of the grounds. We can highly recommend this accommodation for a wonderful stay at Perros-Guirec.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Alexandra's cottage. It was clean and comfortable within a short walking distance of the beauitiful beaches and "centre ville". Great place for walkers along the Bretagne coast line. Alexandra communicated very well and gave us all the information we needed. Thanks !

Summary: Very nice house outside the Perros-Guirec at a peaceful place. 15 minutes walk to town centre and 10 minutes walk to the Trestrignel beach. Everything worked very well from the check in to the check out. Alexandra gave us a proper introduction to the house and tips what to do and where to go in Perros-Guirec when we arrived. Merci beaucoup!

Summary: What a great place to enjoy the holiday! We had a warm welcome from Alex. We loved the house, the beautiful garden and the view of the sea. The house is cosy, clean and complete. The garden is well maintained and private. From the house it is a short walk to the center of the town. The communication with Alex was very swift and correct.

Summary: Very welcoming host and the property is lovely. Very clean and tidy. Lovely decoration and furnishings. Perfect for us, family of 4 with kids aged 3 and 7 years. Walk to the town not too far and beaches nearby too. Would recommend. Lots to do in the local area.
