Positive: Beautiful home, fenced yard and great location in Crystal River. All kitchen necessities were provided as well as some basic pantry items. Host provided plenty of linens and towels. Washer/dryer in the home was super convenient (no packing home dirty clothes😊)
Negative: Yard is a work in progress for seating areas, grass was a little tall. Small dogs found places to escape, but that's what they do best lol

Positive: It was everything we expected and more. Often properties don’t live up to pictures posted but this one did. Everything was comfortable and we had enough room to host relatives that live in the area over for dinner.
Negative: Only small remark is a rug near the kitchen sink to make it less slippery would’ve been nice. On the same note, we also couldn’t find a mop. But there were plenty of towels so we ended up using one to dry up the water we spilled.

Positive: BBQ, firepit, quietness, privacy, backyard LED lights, location, kitchen, two bathrooms, cable tv channels, parking at the door, host prompt responses, even wood for firepit! Amazing experience. Highly recommend
Negative: One of the toilets didn't have a sink, still better than a one toilet for a group of four inpatient people:)

Positive: Nice home, quiet neighborhood. I would say, 30 minutes from Homossassa give or take, 45 min from Rainbow Springs. Good location overall, close to shops and restaurants. Backyard is abandoned and not as clean as I expected with the 9+ rating. There was hair, fridge was dirty, and outside is very dirty- for me, but I am very picky, so maybe for a family, with kids, dogs, it would be a good choice. :)
