Positive: Loved everything about the place! We only had one small issue with the septic overflow in the back yard. It wasn’t horrible but the huge hole was scary having dogs running around
Negative: Septic was dig up I guess for repair and it started leaking out with smelly water. However aside from this the place was great! Very clean, super convenient, great accommodations

Positive: We wasn't expecting a dirt road .proximity to where everything was exceptionally great!!!!
Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable!!!!

Positive: For the price; well worth it! Huge living space and back yard! Private; at the end of a dead end road.
Negative: It’s dingy a little dirty and outdated. The fire pit is laughable, back screen door broken. Kitchen is rough. Lots of pet stains in the carpets. We didn’t bring our dog, is be concerned about the fence in spots and how overgrown some of the plants are. I was a little concerned going down the road, some of the other homes look in rough condition. Someone came to weedwack the yards and we had three Harley’s with us that we ran out asked to move but he already had started there and did that area leaving the bikes covered in grass and weed clippings. Hoping nothing hit the bikes… a lot of people would be very very mad about that.
