Greetings, we hope you choose to vacation here and enjoy the area as much as we do! You'll find warm New England charm in our newly remodeled get-away and the community itself. The Kitchen is full size and fully equipped, open to the eating area and living room with Brick hearth fireplace. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a Vt. Tubs bunk bed and sofa, great for kids or adults. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with a King size bed and a comfy leather recliner with a big bank of windows. Full bath and 1/2 bath with stack laundry. Parking is ample and the house is bright with daylight. We are located in a quiet setting surrounded by Town wooded land and one neighbor and they are great! The accommodations are best suited for a couple, family of 4 or 2 couples. Hardwood floors, brand new appliances, kitchen stocked with spices, linens, towels, hairdryer, WiFi, cable TV. Enjoy the fireplace, with forced HW base board heat being the main heat source. NOT PICTURED and being added is a covered farmers porch and mudroom adding to the practicality and character.

Summary: We had a great stay. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, clean and well appointed. We loved Flume Gorge, which was nearby. Pollys Pancake Parlour for breakfast was also a nearby bonus.

Summary: Everything about this rental reflects quality-bedding, towels, furniture-everything!!! It is well stocked and super clean. We were welcomed with a gift basket of goodies, too. The owners are also generous with supplies. (Not something we've encountered very often.) The location is convenient and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We were thrilled with the brightness and cleanliness of the property. Good location for getting to hiking trails. Beds were comfortable. Stairs to king size bedroom were steep for us, thinking of bathrooms for overnights, but that may just have been us! But 2 bedrooms on main floor worked out perfectly. Thanks for having us and for the goodie basket. Fridge was stocked well with condiments, coffees, cheese and deli meat! Lovely property and excellent hosts.

Summary: We absolutely loved this home! We have 3 kids, ages 9,6, and 3. It was a family friendly home that was stocked with all of the essential supplies. Steve stopped by shortly after we arrived to say hi and let us know about a few local spots for food. The playground about a 5 min walk down the street was a great bonus for the kids! Thank you Steve and Beth for the treats!

Summary: It was the perfect getaway. It was comfy, clean, exactly the way it is pictured and well stocked. The owner, Steve and his wife, stocked the fridge and cabinets with the essential stuff to cook meals, from seasonings to condiments in the fridge and they also left us such a nice goodie basket with something for everyone to enjoy. There is also a washer and dryer you can use, along with the detergent and dryer sheets. It was the perfect location, a few minutes from the highway that runs through Franconia Notch State Park and we really enjoyed the sound of the river running along side the house. I would highly recommend staying here and we come back to the area, we would no doubt stay here again. Thanks Steve for everything.
