Lovely apartment of 70 square meters on the pedestrian street, 10 meters from the small beach of pebbles and rocks of Pomonte. On two floors connected by a staircase, the apartment consists of: 1 comfortable living room which leads to a small but well-equipped kitchen; 3 small bedrooms, both with double beds, 140 cm wide., one of which situated on the first floor with a small private bathroom with no shower, the other on the ground floor; 1 attic room with 2 single beds; 1 large bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom on the ground floor has a small cabinet and hangers for clothes; the one on the first floor has two closets; the attic room with two beds has three cabinets with shelves, doors or drawers. The property includes: the entrance courtyard, with two comfortable wooden deck chairs with cushions, a granite table and folding chairs for outdoor dining; a veranda which can be accessed from the bedroom on the first floor, with stone bench with cushions and a comfortable lounge chair in fabric. There is also a barbecue which is located in the closet of the courtyard.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, two wicker chairs and two upholstered wicker chairs. The washing machine and the clothes horse are located in the first floor veranda.
Mattresses, pillows, blankets and bedspreads are provided by the owner, as well as oven gloves, tea towels, tablecloths and wax. Instead, towels and sheets are charged to guests, whose maximum number is 6 people. The attic room, given its sloping shape, is suitable for children or teenagers.

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay in Rossella‘s nice house. She is also very supportive in case of any questions. We would only recommend to provide a screenshot via Google maps with the exact location of the house since it was not easy for us to find it. The parking situation in Pomonte is not easy, but most time you find a parking slot in 400 meters distance outside of the village.

Summary: We had a splendid time in Pomonte wirth our 3 adult children . The little house is perfect equipped, very calm during the night, with ia nice terrace to eat outdise. The open air room on first etage is nice to read or relax. 1 min by foot to the beach, nice little village with ereything you need. hiking pathways around.Rossella very helpfull and kind. We recommend and will come back We will come back.

Summary: Pomonte is an lovely village and the house is really near by the sea. All necessary things are there. The only thing you have to worry about is to find a parking spot, because there are many day-visitors.

Summary: If you want to stay in a traditional house in a cozy neighborhood. If you want to walk to the beach in 1 minute. If you want to enjoy the sunset every night. If you want to take walks through the wild nature of Elba. We have had a wonderful holiday!

Summary: This house is really great. Just a few meters from the sea. We have done snorkeling a lot of times near to the wreckage which is very close to the house too. We saw beautiful fishes, jellyfishes, octopuses in great amounts and the water is so clear. it's almost the same as the Caribbean ! A lot of good restaurants are very close. What a great Island is Elba. We have climbed the mountain Capanne. It was not that easy but the view from the top was splendid. We did visit several villages and they are all so cute and cozy. Porteferaio and some hiking around gives great views. One thing was sometimes quite challenging and that was parking our family-car. I highly recommend this house due the position on the Island and everything is well equipped and clean.

Summary: Casa Rossella offerd everything what needs to spend nice holidays. The house offers enough place for 5 people and has a lot of charm. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is furnished very well. Musically you can be spoilt from Adriano Celentano :-) and for the children it has toys. The house is removed few steps from the wonderful beach. The crystal clear water invites to the snorkel and wonderful sundowns can be enjoyed. In Pomonte you finds everything what you needs. The Gelateria makes marvellous Gelati :-). Pomonte is also an ideal starting point for wanderings and both neighbouring villages Chiessi and Fetovaia are wonderful. An area fall in love to... We hope we come back...!

Summary: We stayed here the first week of June and the house is just perfect! Only a few steps from the beach and the house itself is cosy and it is much nicer in reality than on pictures actually! Pomonte is my favourite village on Elba and if you are looking for a true Italian village house this is perfect! We hope to come back!!!!
