Summary: Location and layout of property was great. Enough space for all of us. It was a shame that this property with so much potential was in a run down state. Screen door in upstairs living room had big holes and it was almost impossible to open it. Downstairs pull out couch was so dirty (stains and hair) that my nephew refused to sleep on it and we had to borrow an air mattress. There was lots of dirt underneath and behind beds etc Outdoor furniture was rusty, partially broken and not enough for 9 adults. With a little TLC this property could have so much potential. Owner was very responsive when we had a problem and sent someone over to fix it right away.

Summary: Quite neighbourhood and a roomy accommodation. Overall comfortable while it can be a perfect place with some upgrades.

Summary: This was a very bare bones accommodation. It was spacious for our group. No extra bedding for the pullout couch and not enough towels. Garbage left in the baskets when we arrived and dead bugs on the counters. Could be cleaner. No a/c so it was very hot but each bedroom had a fan.

Summary: Took many photos of property showing its run down state especially the outside areas. Very dangerous railings can’t imagine if children were there accident waiting to happen. Will be making a formal complaint
