Summary: We booked the villa for the number of rooms and view. We were not disappointed. The photos do not do justice to the property and should be updated. Six of the seven bedrooms open to the infinity pool and have amazing views. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Anse Marcel is very quiet at night and the beach is beautiful.Danielle was an excellent hostess for our stay. We are already planning our 2026 booking.

Summary: From start to finish Serge and Danielle were wonderful hosts. The villa was awesome! Our grandchild (5 yo) and all of us loved the pool and the view. The house , especially the kitchen was very well appointed. The Anse Marcel beach was a very short distance and perfect! Of course Orient Beach was too. We took reservations at the restaurants Serge recommended and was so very pleased. We will be back!!

Summary: Danielle was very attentive and responsive to us! She even sewed a family member’s dress for her when we were going to dinner! She was so nice and welcoming. Anything we needed she was there to assist us. The view was amazing which brings me to the point that the property is on a mountain so be mindful of that. 10/10 it was spacious for the 9 of us and the view was immaculate.

Summary: We couldn’t have been more thrilled with this home and location. The pictures online do not do it justice. It’s simply amazing. The pool and view are spectacular. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and it was great that everyone had their own private bathroom. Danielle was so sweet and very helpful. She gave us a wonderful bottle of Rose and even drove part of our group to the dock on the day we checked out. Thank you again, Danielle!! Do not hesitate to book this property. Summary: We had an excellent vacation in this beautiful villa in a beautiful location!!The house exceeded expectations!!!Spotless, fantastic views and comfortable!!Pool was perfect and very child safe.The caretaker Danielle was wonderful to work with!!Chef recommended was excellent!!The area was quiet and beaches, food, service perfect!!We are already planning our return next year for our family vacation!Thank you to Serge and Danielle for providing such a wonderful experience and memories!!!

Summary: As soon as you walk in the door the view is amazing. Danielle the housekeeper greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us around the home. She was really sweet. Definitely need a car to get around. The house is equipped with everything you need. House was very clean. We will definitely return and stay at this house.

Summary: We spent a week in St Martin with our three children and their families (including six grandchildren) to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The villa at Anse Marcel was fabulous and fit all of our family’s needs. The photos do not do it justice, it has beautiful upgrades. Danielle was available to answer all our questions and she even made sure the grand kids had beach toys. (Thank you Danielle!) The villa was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of seating to accommodate our families for meals and relaxing by the pool. The road to Anse Marcel is something to experience (as are most roads in St. Martin) but the view from the villa is spectacular. Summary: This is a perfect property for two families staying together! The pool is heated and has an amazing view overlooking Anse Marcel bay. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The kitchen has all the utensils you can imagine. The property manager was super attentive and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely book this villa again, if we need this amount of space.
