Summary: We had a lovely stay in this beautiful and tastefully decorated house. Plenty of space inside and outside. Great pool and pool area. Lovely and private garden with a spectacular view. We hired road bikes and enjoyed the surrounding hills. Very recommendable. All in all a very nice experience.

Summary: A very functional house. It has everything - a well-equipped kitchen, equipment for all ages, well-lit, a good barbecue area, a pleasant balcony. The pool is large with a safety mechanism that warns of movement in the water and a cover. The house is very spacious for 12 people of different ages. Beautiful view of the bay of Cannes. We concentrated our trips in the immediate vicinity and went down to the beach only once. Every day you can go down to the center to buy fresh couscous in a very nice and pleasant patisserie near a Lidl supermarket. Undoubtedly recommended

Summary: An absolutely stunning house in a wonderful location with a breathtaking view. Very well equipped kitchen. Big room and plenty of space. We were six adults and three children and had plenty of space. Wonderful patio on the terrace as well as the summer kitchen with its dining area. Lovely pool area. Everything is very well organized and fresh. We had an absolutely wonderful week here, both children and adults. There is nothing more we could want from Villa Le Mas de Cocagne.

Summary: We were two families that stayed for one week and we really enjoyed this big house that has all the modern facilities that you need. We got all the help we needed when needed, very helpful and friendly persons. Nice poolarea with a place for barbecue next to it where we spend most of the evenings. You can easily go to the coast or the lake that´s not to far away and close to a very nice gastronomic restaurant in Le Tignet. We can really recommend this house in "le Mas de Cocagne".

Summary: We stayed in Villa Mas Cocagne for one week - 7 adults and 4 children. We found the house to be in excellent condition with all the accessories required at hand. The outdoor area with the pool and barbecue place was a favourite, and every evening was spent here enjoying the French atmosphere. The surroundings contain great gravelled roads and paths for those interested in jogging, and the neighbouring charming city of Cabris has local and genuine French restaurants that we all appreciated. Everyone in the family really enjoyed the house and the stay, we highly recommend this and we want to come back.
