Summary: We had an amazing week at Stefanias beautiful villa. Everything was just perfect: the house, the furniture, the kitchen with all the amendments and above all: the garden with the lovely pool, gazebo, lounge with the most stunning view… You definitely need a car, when traveling in this area, but there are tons of nice towns and restaurants just a very short drive away. Communicating with stefania was just so easy and uncomplicated. We absolutely loved it here, will definitely recommend it to friends and hopefully come back one day… Thank you very much stefania.

Summary: You immediately realize that the owner loves her region and the location. Her description of the house, pool, light-system up to all the recommendations where to go to eat, shop or go for sightseeing is simply perfect and full of love. We have been 6 but up to 10 persons can be there really comfortably. The 2 appartments are seperate, but always rent at once - so you will not have to share the pool or the garden, terrasse, parking - all for you! I highly recommend this location - even I better should not as I don`t want you to rent the hose the same time I want to be there!!! ;-)

Summary: Villa is in great condition, and amazing location, looking down to the sea. Pool and decking area, along with outside table for eating, with great tented cover, means it's possible to stay outside throughout the day. Lovely place overall

Summary: We were travelling 5 adults and 4 kids age 1-9. The hangout areas are wonderful and so is the pool. Both Noli and Spotorno are very nice towns close by. Stefania was a great host - helpful and quick to answer questions. Would love to return someday.

Summary: Stefania and Carlo were perfect hosts, they greeted us on arrival, and explained everything we needed to know, the property was exceptionally clean, well furnished and comfortable. We used the pool everyday, and eating under the gazebo was so perfect that we chose to BBQ or cook every night rather than eat out. It was the first time we have been to this part of Italy and we will visit again. Hopefully the same property. Thank you Adrian

Summary: Our stay during the first week of June 2021 was very relaxing and comfortable. The modern villa is very well equipped and the large pool with sun beds has a great view over Spotorno. For aperitivo you have new lounge chairs and for dinner you can sit outside at a nice patio with a large wood table (no plastic chairs!). Spotorno can be reached easily via stairs within 10 minutes. You can even walk to Noli over the mountain at ca. 25-30 minutes. Stefania is a great host and cares very good for her guests. We were a group of 4 adults and two children (12 years) and absolutely recommend the villa for a holiday at the pool and the beach (regarding the beaches we would recommend to go to Varigotti, where the beaches are more sandy than at Spotorno or Noli).

Summary: We spent 14 glorious days at Stefania’s house. We were warmly welcomed by Stefania and her husband upon arrival. They even put out wine and delicious snacks by the pool for us, which was a very nice touch! They gave us a tour of the property and made some local recommendations, which was much appreciated . Couldn’t have asked for a better or warmer welcome. The house itself has everything you could think of and it was super clean. It's equipped for real living, including the kitchen. They even very provided the condiment/spice basics in the kitchen, which is always nice. There were also a few drinks for us in the refrigerator which was amazing after a 9 hour drive. The gas grill was good quality and awesome to have. We used it a lot. The house even has good air conditioning which was very welcomed because it was quite warm a few of the days we were there. WiFi was very good. The parking situation is also good. Easy, off street, can fit multiple cars and was secure. Most importantly for me is the house is extremely hang out friendly. There were a few days where we never left and just hung out. The house makes you want to be there. The pièce de résistance is the pool and the outdoor space. It’s absolutely stunning. We spent countless hours in the pool with the kids. The pool is really out of this world gorgeous. They did an amazing job. The views are also outstanding. The sea view was of course fantastic (much better than the pictures online) but so are the land views. As for the area... it’s all gorgeous. We went to Spotorno and Noli a lot. I really loved Noli. My favorite place we went to. We also went to the beaches of Finale Ligure and Varigotti which have small waves are were a short drive away from the house. We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay or better hosts. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this house!

Summary: We stayed with 6 people in Stephania’s home in early September. Stephania was incredibly easy to work with in setting us up and met us with amazing focaccia bread from a a local bakery upon our arrival. She and her husband also gave us a great rundown on the house as well as the local area for restaurants and things to do. The property is gorgeous with a fantastic pool and some of the most amazing views of the town and sea. Highly recommend this property and thank you Stephania!!
