Summary: This hous is superbly situated within easy walking distance of some of Istanbul's major tourist attractions. The house itself is well appointed with all modern conveniences. The roof terrace had superb views of the Blue mosque and the Bosphorus. It is an ideal place to stay in Istanbul.

Summary: Very good communication. The apartment was ready when we arrived with everything very clean and in good working order. The location is excellent if you plan to visit the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia, five minute walk. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Except for the call to prayer the house was very quite. There are individual air conditioning units on all of the floors, they were very quite and easy to control. The beds were comfortable. We did not prepare any meals but the kitchen seemed to be well set up. There are a lot of stairs, but that is just how it is in this location. The patio upstairs we did not use, it was warm and no shade, no umbrella so not very comfortable. Overall a great spot for our four night visit.

Summary: Our family of four enjoyed this property as it was centrally located in Old Town Istanbul, which afforded us the opportunity to walk to both Hagia Sophia and Blue Masque as well as the Grand and Spice Bazaar. Great terrace dining is just minutes away along with access to the boardwalk and boat tour on the Bosphorus. Property itself has lots of stairs all of which are winding from main floor (bedroom + bathroom) to second floor (master bedroom + bathroom) to third floor (kitchen + living room) to fourth floor (rooftop), which our family is fine managing but may be challenging for some. Overall, we are glad we chose this AirB&B as our home base while in Istanbul.

Summary: The house is fantastic. Very cozy beds and sheets. Tons of space and excellent bathrooms. Great blackout blinds in all rooms. Oddly very quiet given it's right in the area of all the big sites - but it's on a very nice quiet street right across from the Four Seasons. Only issue was the dishwasher wasn't working and given it was a major holiday they couldn't get it fixed. Communication was a little tricky for a while but sounds like they had a health issue in the family and eventually, someone got back to me about my questions and then was very responsive and helpful. They have a very helpful binder on how to use all the fab coffee makers, etc and recos on local restaurants, etc. I highly recommend. Just make sure the dishwasher is fixed!

Summary: Ahmet was a wonderful host. The owner's rug shop is two doors down and we were able to quickly enter the property as well as get quick assistance when we had questions. The location is superb and the unit was clean, nicely updated, and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, you need to be able to navigate the stairs. We enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it. We will definitely stay there again if ever back in Istanbul.

Summary: This listing for this property does not do it justice. Four floors so be prepared for stairs. I do not recommend for elderly or children. The stairs are steep but that is the only thing to speak about. Everything else is incredible. The rooms have air conditioning and bathrooms are on the first two floors. The terrace has a wonderful view and is a very nice place to relax. The location is one block from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Traffic is always bad in Istanbul so be warned you will not arrive there quickly. The street below the Vrbo has a lot of nice places to eat. Overall I cannot say enough good things about this property. I hope they will let us come back in the future.

Summary: This was a family reunion of 4 adults and an infant. Great property location and conditions. We felt at home with everything we needed at the reach of the hand. If I visit Istanbul again I will definitely stay at this place.

Summary: We stayed here with a young child, grandparents, and family. The location by a market, restaurants, major sights, and safety felt great. We did have an issue with connecting to internet for the first couple of days, but with some local help the issue was resolved. The water was very cold, but that may be with any location you stay in the area. We were able to make this a comfortable place to stay, and there was a cleaner who came in once during the 1.5 week stay and was prearranged. I can't suggest and improvements to the availability of blankets, toiletries, etc. Be aware that the staircase is uneven and slippery, so this may be a difficult location for older relatives or small children (the main living quarters are on the top floor). Thank you for the stay!
