Summary: We were in the area for about a month for work & this house rental was a great match for our needs. We appreciated the 1.5 bathrooms with the half bathroom in the master bedroom. We liked that the laundry room was on the main floor & it had lots of cabinet space for storage. We were glad to be able to use all areas of the house & it was helpful to use the garage for our bikes & work out equipment. There was plenty of cookware & dishes for our home cooked meals. All the appliances seemed very new & modern & the wifi worked well throughout the house. There was plenty of furniture & the beds were comfortable. We were glad we could fit our 3 large vehicles in the paved driveway. This house had an internal alarm system & external cameras. The house was in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street & we were only a few minutes from town with grocery stores, gas stations & restaurants. When I alerted the owner about some maintenance concerns, a crew was sent to the house the next day to try to fix lighting & fridge issues. Communication was a little difficult, at first, but cleared up quickly with clarification for local contact for any housing concerns. There were a few patched up wall areas in the house needing to be finalized, but these were minor & did not affect our stay & I would stay again in this house, if in the area & it was available.
