Summary: Really enjoyed the property and its location in the village. We were early in the season and a number of nearby facilities were not yet open. Best part was the outdoor space and the helpfulness of the agent. She was most valuable.

Summary: This is a lovely place, with some very nice outside space and BBQ area. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants with a park and simple play area nearby. Boat trips can be booked at the small port that is in walking distance, and there are some very nice beaches in the area to drive to. Patrizia was very helpful and friendly.I would recommend this property.

Summary: We spend there one week in April with our little son. Patrizia prepared a warm welcome, she was very polite and helpfull. The appartment is located very close to the beach and the city center of Santa Maria Navarresse. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are nearby. The appartment is surrounded by a big terrasse and colourful trees. You have 2 bedrooms and a big living room with kitchen. In general you find everything you need however the bathroom needs a renovation and the cooking equipment could be better. Further we missed wifi. Allover we had a really good time. Santa Maria Navarresse is a very good basecamp for discovering the region.

Summary: We spent here one week in june with two small children. Great location with no traffic in front the house, near the sea, shops, restaurants and park. The pictures of the eqiupement are real, the house is in very good estate and very well equiped. We were really very satisfied with our choice!

Summary: The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, and it has a beautiful terrace. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Patrizia, who had bought some sweets, fruit and wine for us. From the house it is a 5 minutes walk to the beach. A wide variety of restaurants is close by. We spent a wonderful week in Santa Maria Navarrese.

Summary: The photos give a very good description of Patrizia ground floor appartment. The distance to the very beautiful beach is no more than 100 metres. The place is well equipped, the beds are more than ok, and large enough. The airconditioning works very well too, which was necessary because of the hot weather. A very good restaurant is only 50 metres away: Nascar. Santa Maria Navarrese is an agreable place to stay: not too crowded with tourists, enough small supermarkets that also open on Sundays, a beautiful beach, nice harbour. One must do the day tour on a boat along the coast: the photos really represent reality. It was a wonderful experience.
