Summary: We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our accommodation had everything you could possibly need. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. The pool is a decent size for swimming and we often had the pool area to ourselves. Our host Daniel went above and beyond in order to ensure we all had a comfortable stay and a happy holiday.

Summary: We spent a wonderful week in "casa dos pocos". David, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful, both arrival and departure was very forthcoming and easy. The gardens are just gorgeous,lush and green and quiet - an oasis of tranquility. Although there are many great places to discover not far away, we could easily have stayed there all day every day. The pool is of good size and tennis court is good. Wifi is very good (in particular important for our kids). We really enjoyed our time there very much and would definitely love to come back.

Summary: We had a wonderful time here. The lovely old cottage is right beneath an old aquaduct. The cottage has a large private garden which offers a lot of privacy, a barbecue and a hammock. There is no WiFi in the cottage or in the private garden but the WiFi is perfect on the little square in front of the main building just across the street. The swimming pool is also across the street in the main garden and it's nice and clean. The only disadvantage were the beds, which were only 1.80 m long and really hard. All in all we would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice quiet family holiday.

Summary: We (parents and three children of 16, 15 and 11 years old) loved our stay and especially the beautiful garden with a great swimming pool and a tennis court. It was really super and so nice!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely helpful and polite. The property is a beautiful, tranquil haven and is best suited to those looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay. The gardens are simply beautiful. The location is a good base for visiting Porto, Ponte de Lima, Braga and other parts of northern Portugal. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
