House with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, solarium, pool and terrace with barbecue which has dining table and sofa. 800 meters from Gran Alacant shopping mall, 1500 meters from the beach, 10 min from the airport and 15 min to Alicante city. Wi-fi. The solarium has sun loungers and dining table with sea and mountain views, glazed veranda overlooking mountains and sea. From the kitchen window you can see Alicante city and bay. Close to the bus that goes to Alicante, there is a train hop on hop off which stops outside which takes you to and from the beach for 1 euro. Large park in front of the house without housing. Alarms are available as well as nice garden lighting. A / C in all bedrooms and living room. Kitchen with dishwasher, micro, hot air oven, coffee maker, faucet with filtered drinking water. Dining room with six chairs. Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Summary: The house is very big and homely. The pool was delightful. Hosa met us on time and was very helpful and explained everything. The house has everything you need. There is no tv but for us that was no problem. There is free WiFi so you can use that. Overall it was great and I would use the accommodation again.

Summary: Super Villa in great location with easy access to beach shops, bars etc.. Had a great time with my wife and two daughters and their boyfriends for last 4 days. The outdoor space around the villa is also fantastic for during the day but also at night

Summary: Spent 10 days here with my husband and 2 children (one who is 3 and one who is just under 3 months) Had a lovely time, excellent Villa especially the Pool and rooftop solarium with incredible views. The area where the villa is, is excellent. 5 minute drive from the beach, beautiful scenery, near all local amenities. Loved it so much I could see us living there. Jose was a brilliant host, very attentive, friendly and anything you needed he would help with very very good. The only thing I would say to the owner to make the Villa perfect and to improve their business, is to add a few finishing touches and things that families would need as this was lacking. For example a bedside crib or somewhere for a baby to sleep, a baby bath, a highchair (these things aren't expensive but would make life so much easier for a family) Also some extras like games for the evening as there is no TV (I know you're on holiday but some nights with young children it's nice to just stay in and have quality time when the babies are in bed) Some pool Floats? The final thing I would say is for the price of the Villa, a few things should be updated such as broken bedside lamps, broken bathroom fixtures and mattresses ( we had to change the bedding a few times during our stay and the mattress was very stained which is a bit off-putting) Also things provided such as enough toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, cleaning spray would be a bonus. If these things were added/ changed/ fixed it would be perfect But anyway we would definitely recommend this Villa and Jose was great 5 stars. Thank you

Summary: Great location, beautiful views of mountains, all facilities as at home, would have given the property five stars but unfortunately the roof top solarium was very dirty and we spent an hour cleaning also the beds in the second and third bedrooms need updating otherwise we highly recommend Jose the host was excellent, very nice and helpful thanks

Summary: We have rented long and short term in Gran Alacant for years. We We have rented long and short term in Gran Alacant for years. This villa has one of the best locations for views of the mountains and sea, especially from the roof terrace. The furnishings are very modern and comfortable. Unique outdoor lighting of outside areas and swimming pool make this villa outstanding. We have re-booked for a month next year.
