Summary: We stayed on the Do Little house boat for a week. The view was lovely. We felt secure and safe. We did hear the neighbors at night a couple times, but for us it added to the experience. Everyone on the dock seemed like visitors as well. The location was great, close to everything on the north end. The shower was hot, and the toilet worked. Just keep in mind it's like camping on the water. The bathroom reminded us of our camper bathroom, with special tp and all. lol We had a better view than most who stayed in hotels, I'm sure and this was budget friendly (for the area). Management gave us great local tips on where to eat and shop too! We will definitely be saving this one.

Summary: It was a nice stay however there is a loud motor in the master bedroom that kept me up most of the 2 nights. My husband had no problem sleeping through it. Our daughter in the other room had no issue. One bathroom was inoperative and the other was EXTREMELY small. All that said we still enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The boat was spacious and welcoming. The master bed has a memory foam top which was comfortable. The plumbing and hot water were fine. The deck has a nice area to lounge, we brought an umbrella we had on board. The black water tanks have a typical scent in boats, so once it aired out it was fine, but they could use a better treatment before new check ins. There were not any sheets for the cabin sofa so we provided our own. The air conditioning worked great, two aftermarket units. Most of the time it is comfortable enough to just open the windows. The area was very safe and only 3 blocks from little Italy. We had a wonderful time overall. Better value than a hotel for sure

Summary: Keep in mind that this is a boat and not a typical "houseboat." It was clean and sufficient for our one night stay, but had a bit of a "sewer-like" odor that possibly came from one of the bathrooms that was "out of order." The stove is not usable either. Management is very prompt in responding to any inquiries. Since we were there for only one day, we're not sure if issues have been fixed. Where the boat is docked is very secure, safe, and conveniently located in the North End of Boston; very walkable to Revere's House and Boston's Italian district. The area was quite stunning at night, and we were surrounded by many exquisite yachts. It definitely created a pleasant memory in spite of the minor issues.

Summary: We had a great experience as first time overnight boaters. The management team was very responsive to our request for help with the fridge and an additional heater. The area was clean and felt safe. We got all of our steps in walking around the wharf areas, Little Italy, and Boston in general. We would highly recommend!

Summary: To sleep in a houseboat in Boston Harbor was a neat experience. A very late, cold, and dark arrival to a boat we’d never frequented was made a little more challenging when we had to locate and switch on the breakers (thank you to my handy, handsome, hero and my hubby, Shaun). Once we could light the dark hull and get heat started (54 degrees to a Floridian is freezing!) we were quite comfortable. Having a mother who sold her home to live and travel in an RV came in handy when figuring out the toilet and shower pumps (AND which breakers to turn off so as not to trip the macerator pump). A little more instruction would’ve come in handy but my husband and I are resilient and fairly easy to please. Due to the soft rocking of the boat, overcast skies, and walking tours of Boston we slept like babies. We would book this Do-Little boat again so don’t let this post make you assume otherwise.

Summary: Booked Do Little for a quick overnight adventure in the North End and had a great time. Awesome location. The boat was bigger than any hotel room for less money, has a small kitchen with a cozy seating area, and two outdoor decks with great views. Highly recommend!
