Summary: Stay went well. In town for YCS Houston, location was great for restaurants in the area and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for what we needed.

Summary: This property was perfect for me and three friends in town for a conference. The CVS across the street and short walking distance to the convention center made this an ideal location. The property is very spacious and the host was constantly making sure our stay was going well!

Summary: Overall, our stay was decent. Very large townhome. We had a really big issue right away, as there were 4 of us (property management was aware) and there were 4 beds per listing photos. There was only one bed in the loft and photos and description showed 2. While it would’ve been nice to have had this communicated beforehand, property management did make a good attempt to remedy the situation, which we accepted.Some other things to be aware of: weather was chilly and the heat distribution throughout the house was ROUGH. Upstairs loft and bath was a literal sauna and the beds and baths in the bottom level were very cold. We even closed vents in the loft, but nothing helped. One of the bedrooms downstairs has no windows and has the only door in the house without a deadbolt on it leading directly into the garage. This kind of creeped us out. There are also no doorknobs on the door into the garage or the front door with deadbolts where the doorknobs should be. Both are hard to open and close. There are tons of codes to remember for doors, gate, and garage.Home is also on a super busy street with loud 24/7 traffic.We walked to some nearby bars and restaurants and felt pretty safe overall. There’s a great amount of fun things to do within a close proximity, too.Chris, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. As stated previously, the situation regarding the missing bed was addressed and we came to a satisfactory agreement.

Summary: Great time, was missing an iron but was able to get one dropped off easily by reaching out to Chris. There weren’t actually toiletries and no extra linen, but we managed okay. Very close location to the conference center, easy walk. Clean, spacious space.

Summary: Our experience was great. Easy check in, everything was wonderful. Host sent us a message a couple times to make sure we were okay. Spacious, great location especially if you have a car. Lots of bathrooms! Good layout. Only downside was no shampoo but we ran to the drugstore which was basically nextdoor to restock.

Summary: Mainly the property is listed as sleeping 8. It only sleeps 6. One room is listed as having two beds. There is only one bed. So we had to have a traveler sleep on the couch. Second there are no door knobs on any of the exterior doors. Trying to open the door the get out is tricky. In the event of an emergency this could be a huge safety concern. Lastly there is something wrong the heating system. With the one thermostat set at 70 degrees it was about 85 in the loft, even with keeping windows to get relief and about 50 degrees in the basement.

Summary: This turned out to be a great visit during our show at the Houston Convention Center. Easy walk to the show. Great restaurants within walking distance as well. We would use this property, again, if we had to return to the Houston downtown area

Summary: Property was lovely, some concern over locks having issues. Property manager was very attentive to help us feel secure. Great location to where we needed to go. Lots of restaurants near. The one bedroom had a door into the garage which was unexpected but not an issue.
