Positive: Very friendly staff. Smaller hotel compared to other, which gives more friendly vibe. The food for the price was quite good and had a great variety. You can park for free in the hotel parking lot, although very limited number of spaces. Great location close to some beaches.

Negative: Food was only average. We would have liked a B&B option instead of half board. Or could you introduce a weeks stay but with only 5 evening meals included to allow visits to the local restaurants? Perhaps try to insist that guests remove towels from sun beds if leaving for a long period, ie. lunch away from the hotel?
Summary: Enjoyable, but slightly overpriced for a 3 star hotel .

Positive: We had a great time staying here. One of the rooms we booked was not available when we arrived but the staff were great and came up with a different arrangement which worked out well. The rooms and the bathrooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and we had a great sea view. Staff were friendly (thank you Patricia, Ines and Kevin among others) and always helpful. Kids loved the pool and having lunch at the pool bar. The atmosphere was really calm and relaxing. While the hotel seemed full, it wasn’t noisy or a problem. Nice quiet location within walking distance of lots of shops and Siam Park which was helpful. The other guests were also friendly, I got chatting to some couples who had been coming regularly for nearly 15 years, which says something.
Negative: The kids got a bit bored with the buffet food after a while and some parts of the hot breakfast could have been better but in fairness I thought the food was perfectly fine if you chose well.
Summary: Calm, relaxing and family friendly hotel.
