Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service regarding checkout. I politely requested a short extension (11:30 instead of 11:00) so my daughter, a third-year student at Western University, could attend an important online meeting in a quiet setting. Despite the fact that check-in usually does not begin until 4:00 pm, my request was declined. As a returning guest, I had expected more flexibility and understanding for such a reasonable request. While the stay itself was pleasant, this experience left me dissatisfied with the level of customer support.

Positive: It was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The room had a strange minty smell but it was from whatever cleaning or airfreshing product they used . I would stay there again and the price was great.. The location is great it is only an 8 minute walk to the falls and all the attraction. It is in the middle of several resturants and stores. A good value.
Negative: The vending machines only had beverages or medications no snacks.
