Summary: 88 Howells Mere is a lovely apartment, with plenty of space and a beautiful deck overlooking the lake. The location is spot on, just a short walk up to Balihoo and the Spa. It has everything you need, with comfy beds and a spacious lounge to relax in. Highly recommended!

Summary: Well appointed flat, nice balcony view over the lake. My only negative is the signage around the grounds. It's a very large site, with a lot of accommodation blocks. Signage to locate the property was poor, especially arriving in darkness. Thus, a frustrating start to the break, but overall would recommend the Lower Mill Estate as a good place to stay, with decent amenities and lots of activities nearby

Summary: Extremely comfortable and well stocked apartment, everything was a high quality. Excellent location for the Cotswolds Spacious balcony with large table over looking the lake. Lots of places to sit. Extremely well stocked kitchen.

Summary: Fantastic place, great amenities, weather was good but you only have sun on the balcony for a few hours in the morning. Only thing stopping me going back would be the cost.

Summary: We travelled as a family of four and really enjoyed our time at the lower mill estate. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful. Easy to access and good communication from Orion. Will hopefully be back!

Summary: We have stayed at Lower Mill Estate on several occasions. This was one of better kept properties we stayed at. everything was in working order and lots of towels and extras were at the property. Orion Holiday rentals were very helpful too. lovely place
