You're 8 minutes from town yet tucked away in the quiet neighborhood of Rollands Hollow. This is a family oriented community and my neighbors appreciate the quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of our festive town filled with live music and great times.
A Winter wonderland surrounds you. Festive town all year long. Enjoy West Mt Gore and Whiteface Mt. close to home. February offers a Chowder Festival. Visit Saratoga.com for all year round activities for the entire family.

This 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home is only 4 miles to SPAC, 7 miles to the Race Track, and 4 miles to beautiful Downtown Saratoga. The master suite has a king size bed, both upstairs bedrooms have full-size beds in them and the basement bedroom has a queen size bed.
It features a wonderful back yard with an in-ground pool, plenty of outdoor seating, fireplace and gas grill.
Amazing outdoor deck for grilling and lounging with friends, large Master BR, kitchen for cooking large dinners and great living room for entertaining everyone after a long day at SPAC or the race track.
Additional features include a piano in the living room and 50" flat screen TV in the family room.

Summary: This house is in a very nice location and is very clean and well maintained. 15 minutes to the track. We had a wonderful time and the pool was perfection. We had a very hot stay and the pool was very much appreciated. We weren’t able to use the swing set or grill which was disappointing because it was in our plans with food the food we brought

Summary: Back in the cold of March, I searched and searched for a large house with a pool and a grill. Since then, I have dreamed of the perfect weekend of no stress, lots of laughing, and drinking truly's in a donut in a pool. This house made my dreams come true. The pool was beautiful and warm, with the most comfortable chairs surrounding it. The grill was perfection. And when the weather chose not to cooperate, the house was stacked with board games to entertain us through a rainy day. We have the loveliest weekend and am already bookmarking for next year.

Summary: We had another fantastic stay at this beautiful house, our second visit two summers in a row. Great location, just a short drive into Saratoga Springs, Downtown, the spa springs park, fantastic restaurants. House has a gorgeous and well maintained pool that is such a treat on hot days! Property owner is super sweet and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: This property was perfect for our groups long weekend getaway-the property was clean, just as described and pictured, and a perfect location to visit the track and many of the great restaurants in town. Summary: Our group stayed at Lauren's home for a long weekend during race season. The house is about a15 minute drive from downtown Saratoga and comfortably fit eight adults. We loved having the pool to relax and cool off in, and the backyard and deck were great hangout areas, although it does get a bit buggy at night so make sure to pack bug spray. The gas grill came in super handy as we cooked out most days. Overall it was a wonderful trip and Lauren was an incredibly responsive host.

Summary: Very much enjoyed the space, pool and backyard deck grill area was perfect. Keep in mind this is a family home in a subdivision- not a typical rental- so need to be respectful of the neighborhood. A bit of a drive to town but very quiet and peaceful area.
