Negative: Great room, but the beds are extremely hard (for American standards), and the quilts are a little small for the bed. Other than that everything was great!

Positive: Wonderful hospitality of the owner and the family. History of the building. The 50's/60's decor and displays. Common area and coffee shop are great.

Negative: The noise insulation may not seem as good for some but it's more due to the inconsideration of other guests that contribute to this issue.
